{"id":14,"date":"2025-03-02T09:29:51","date_gmt":"2025-03-02T09:29:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vinarijavilotijevic.com\/?page_id=14"},"modified":"2026-02-13T21:26:56","modified_gmt":"2026-02-13T21:26:56","slug":"home","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vinarijavilotijevic.com\/en\/","title":{"rendered":"Home"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">On the slopes of Fru\u0161ka Gora, in the heart of Sremski Karlovci, lies our Vilotijevi\u0107 winery. <\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center\">This is a place where the tradition of viticulture and a modern approach to winemaking blend and merge in perfect harmony.\nWe embarked on this journey driven by a deep love for the grapevine, and a desire to transform our family values \u2014 harmony and togetherness \u2014 into the art of winemaking, which we are certain we will preserve and pass on to the generations yet to come. <\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center\">We are Jovan and Sini\u0161a Vilotijevi\u0107 \u2014 a son and a father who have fulfilled a long-held dream of cultivating and pouring dreams and memories.\nTo preserve in our wines the memory of those who are no longer with us, yet were our entire world \u2014 and to let the family spirit live on forever in our bottles. \u00a0<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center\">The wine \"Nena\" bears the name of our mother, while \"Tri Sokola\" (\"Three Falcons\") represents three brothers \u2014 Jovan, Lazar and Vukan Vilotijevi\u0107 \u2014 as well as three grape varieties: Petit Verdot, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.\nOur family tree is woven into every cluster, every vine, every harvest, and the hardworking hands of all our family members are to be credited for everything we have accomplished \u2014 and for all that we have yet to plan.<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center\"> In our vineyards grow the varieties Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay and S\u00e9millon.\nEach one is cultivated with special care, in harmony with the natural rhythm of the grapevine and the unique characteristics of the Fru\u0161ka Gora terroir.<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center\"> Numerous historical records bear witness to the fact that vines have grown on the slopes of Fru\u0161ka Gora since time immemorial.\nThe unique microclimate, along with the composition and mineral richness of the soil, allow the grapes to develop their full aromatic complexity and freshness.<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center\"> The philosophy of the Vilotijevi\u0107 winery rests on quality.
